Programme Leader & Tutor
Becky is the Programme Director, Lead Lecturer and Supervisor at Enlite.
Becky holds a Doctorate in Education. Accredited by the UKCP and BABCP, she is a pluralistic practitioner with 17 years experience. She has specialist expertise in trauma counselling in both adult and child clients. A published author, she is responsible for audit and research and is the head lecturer for all of our courses.
Dr Rebecca Lunson Southall
Helen is an Accredited Counsellor, Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, trainer and clinical supervisor. Accredited with the NCS, BABCP and Registered with the BACP, Helen has over 25 years’ clinical experience working in mental health, within public sector organisations including the NHS, third sector organisations, and also within private practice. She works with adult clients who have with a variety of clinical presentations including anxiety and depressive disorders, and trauma. Helen has a particular interest in working with older adults, those experiencing bereavement and those living with chronic pain and underlying long-term physical health conditions. In addition to her clinical work, Helen is a highly experienced trainer and clinical assessor having worked as a university lecturer and across many public and private sector organisations. Helen is involved in the writing and delivery of a range of courses across the therapy spectrum. Helen is based in Lichfield and offers both face-to-face and online therapy and clinical supervision.

Maria Davies
Curriculum Manager & CPD Lead
Maria is a BACP Accredited Counsellor. She qualified in 2007 and has worked in a range of public sector organisations including Staffordshire Police, Fire & Rescue. Maria has completed an extensive CPD programme making her uniquely qualified to write and our own events. Maria is currently undertaking a Level 5 in Relational Therapy to extend her practice to working with couples.
Service Manager
Often people’s first contact with Enlite, Jenn is responsible for the day to day running of the service and for ensuring that customers needs are catered for. With over 25 years experience of working within the service industry, Jenn is highly skilled in management, organisation and customer service.
With a personal interest in therapeutic interventions, Jenn is qualified in a number of holistic practices including mindfulness.
