​This is a module based, self-directed programme which allows you to study at your own pace. This course will help you to learn the difference between aggression and assertion and will provide you with practical exercises to help you to make changes and improve your communication style.
RESILIENCE
​This personal development programme enables you to explore the principles of resilience, identify some of the challenges to achieving this and gives you strategies to implement to increase your own levels of resilience. This is a modular course which incorporates self-directed principles to enable you to work through at your own pace.

​This is a module based, self-directed programme which allows you to work at your own pace and covers topics such as: what is self-esteem and why does it matter? You can then progress to explore your own self esteem and find ways of improving it. With many practical tips, this course helps you to work through the resources and improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
